Large plot for sale in the village of Musina, an opportunity for a great house
ID 5247037
11 000
EUR

The village of Musina is known for its many natural attractions and is a very popular tourist destination. Near the village is a cave and karst spring located next to it. In ancient times, the spring waters were discharged to special canals to the ancient city of Nicopolis ad Istrum near the village Nikyup.

The property we offer is a regulated plot of 1,800 square meters. An ideal place to build a house, being in a quiet and peaceful location, with perfect all year round access. The plot is large enough to make a great garden with a barbeque, places to relax, and why not a pool. The soil is fertile and you can grow delicious fruits and vegetables. This property offers comfort, peace and quiet and fresh air. The place is also suitable for a villa, where you can enjoy full rest and relaxation in the midst of unique nature.

Near the village is the local landmark "caves", called by the locals - "holes". This landmark is located just 400 meters south of Musina and connected by underground karst (limestone) caves. If you dare, you can climb the 27-metre cave in specially built curved staircases, however the two caves are only part of the beauty that you can witness in this ecological zoned area.

This is a real opportunity for a profitable investment for its great location and exceptional value! So if you are looking for a plot as an investment we would recommend not to delay in viewing this offer.
